Driving Lessons
- All Driving Lesson Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- A $15 cancellation fee applies to any Driving Lesson Canceled/Rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time. Any No Show or Driving Lesson not cancelled will be charged in full.
- Driving Lesson Cancellations are made by calling the office number or leaving a voicemail message if there is no answer.
- A valid New York State Learners Permit is required and it is the student’s responsibility to present his/her learners permit to the driving instructor at the beginning of each lesson.
- Payment must be made in cash before the Driving Lesson can begin.
- No passengers are permitted in the vehicle while the student is learning.
- Driving Lessons will be conducted during rain/snow or inclement weather unless a decision has been made by the school to cancel services.
Road Tests
- To Cancel/Reschedule a Road Test Appointment/Car a $25 fee applies. Any No Show Road Test will be charged in full.
- Any outstanding balance or fees owed must be paid before the road test.
- The Student is responsible for having proper & valid documentation for his/her Road Test.
- Students taking the Road Test are responsible for having:
- A valid NYS Photo Learner Permit.
- A valid 5 Hour Class Pre-Licensing Course Certificate.
- If under 18, a Certification of Supervised Driving (mv-262).
- Eyeglasses if permit is marked with a “B” Restriction.
- There must be no expired status on permit.
- Road Tests will be conducted in rain/snow or inclement weather unless a decision has been made by the NYS DMV to cancel Road Tests.
- Payment must be completed in cash before services can be rendered.
- The School reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time without prior notice!
